1. Liaison Engineering (1996-2000)

• Solved issues between engineering and the production floor, solving problems with the fitting of parts, new designs and making communication a smooth transition.

2. Liaison Engineering Lead (2000-2003)

• Lead over the Liaison engineering group. I had six liaison engineers working for me and was responsible for assigning tasks, keeping reports of all issues between the production floor and engineering. Had to review problems and make decisions on whether issues were to be incorporated to make a permanent change to engineering drawing.

3. Engineering aircraft lead (2003-2006)

• Took charge of 5 aircraft lead personal for timeline completions on 4 different aircraft models. Ensured that the production list was worked to meet the schedule of aircraft production, also make sure engineering drawings were finished and released to meet schedule.

4. Engineering group Lead (2006-2008)

• Ensured all engineering was finished and released on time, timely released of all documents, was also over the liaison group, maintained all change requests (CR’s), and supported all areas in engineering to keep a schedule.

5. Material challenge Project (2008-2012)

• Spearheaded cost savings program for Little Rock based firm.

o First year saving to the company 1.8 million

o Second year saving 1.0 million

o Produced all Excel spreadsheets to show cost saving of each project.

o Wrote narratives to accompany ever spread sheet

• Drafter--took concept drawings of customer cabinet requests which resulted in the final product.

• Senior designer of cabinets and all hardware for industrial aircraft. Cabinets such as galleys, closets, small specialty cabinets. All designs met structural integrity for aircraft use

• Did all the oiling for the dragline to maintain proper operations.

• Worked with others to do all the maintenance and repair from changing cables, changing large gears in swing chasings, have replaced walking shafts.
