1998-2001 Area Manager, Ponderosa
Was responsible for the turnaround for the Detroit, Michigan and Western Ohio market. I staffed and trained 13 managers, which resulted in the highest sales, increase in over 10 years. Led the company in sales growth, profitability increase, and lowest management and team member turnover. I was successful in building relationships with vendors that helped reduce back door costs well significantly improving product quality.
2001- Area Manager, Ponderosa
Working in a franchise market responsible for 7 restaurants with full P&L responsibility. I developed and implemented the pos system. We successfully developed and opened a 300-seat restaurant. Manage a team of 400 team members and 23 Mangers. We have maintained one of the most successful Ponderosa Franchises in the system.
