MEDICAL SKILLS
· Greet and room patients, record vital signs, past and present medical history, chief complaint information, measure and chart fetal heart tones using Doppler device and ready patients for physicians.
· Assist physicians with breast examinations, routine pelvic examinations, IUD removal/insertion, endometrial/cervical biopsy collection, fecal specimen collection, and ultrasound procedures.

· Daily cleaning, sanitizing, and autoclaving of various medical instruments, (i.e., specula, tenacula, uterine sounds, scissors, surgical staple removers, biopsy punches).
ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
· Perform routine receptionist duties including answering telephones, process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain conference room schedules, order/maintain office, copy, and printer supplies, and administer and maintain petty cash account and expense account.
· Perform special assigned projects as directed by officers of the company as well as fill-in for shortages in the absence of Accounting/Payroll Supervisor and/or Receptionist/Collection Assistant.
· Actively participate in daily production meetings to effectively perform project administrative duties and process detail progressive invoicing.
· Examine/process customer purchase orders and prepare packages for document presentation to financial institutions for payment by Letter of Credit.
· Performed human resources functions including benefits administration.
· Maintain database of quotes, projects, archive files and prepare/maintain all quote and project files.
· Maintain database and hard copy files of Certificates of Insurance for subcontractor services performed on oil leases for annual audit purposes to lower the risk of exposure to workman’s compensation claims.
· Prepare and distribute daily drilling report and maintain individual well progress files. Work closely with Inventory/Purchasing Manager to order, obtain inspection reports, and transport drill pipe, casing, and tubing to oil leases.
· Inventory control duties including data entry of inventory/receiving/shipping data for old and new pipeline valves and valve/parts cycle counting and resolution.
· Communicate with fleet leasing affiliate to order and dispose of company vehicles along with assuring proper insurance coverage, including MVR audits.
· Communicate with field personnel on auto repairs, and gasoline credit card services.
· Download and assign orders to route trucks for deliveries and contact all stores to arrange delivery appointments. Prepare all shipping documents for deliveries via route trucks and common carriers and reviewed and processed CDL drivers’ DOT logs and expense accounts.
