• Eliminating 90-day arrearage in tenant receivables in excess of $500,000 within 6 weeks at Prudential Center.

Consultant to the CFO of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) throughout the eminent domain acquisition of 60 parcels of land slated for the new Massachusetts Convention Center (“MCCA”), South Boston. Parcels under management were acquired by the BRA and later released to the MCCA for demolition and future development.
