ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Payment Analyst: On a daily basis, I would process over 75 passage school enrollment payments received from customers in the form of CHECKS, CASH and CREDIT CARDS with 100% accuracy. Created and modified customer records in the department’s database system and also was able to recognized errors that were reported to my supervisor immediately. Developed easy to use step by step training procedures for over 10 different tasks for the department using Microsoft Word and Paint. ** In order to work at the court house you must be able to multi-task and learn NEW task and fully understand them VERY QUICKLY; you may be pulled at the very last minute to step in and take over someone else’s duties when needed.**

Data Analyst: Analyzed daily log data information looking for abnormal volume by comparing the daily volume against the weekly average volume; used Microsoft Excel Query SQL to calculate volume usage for the week by employee; created Pivot Tables and 3D Bar graphs to display all normal data against abnormal data for the week. ** By discovering irregular volume usage and correcting the problem immediately, the company saved on average $8,300 a month **

Word Processor: Assisted the Senior Word Processor in designing maps, creation of tables, confidential correspondence, indexes and table of contents using Microsoft Word and WordPerfect, and converting files into Adobe Acrobat; assisted the Mailroom Manager with packaging over 1000 binders to be shipped to various military offices throughout the globe. Used formulas and graphs in Microsoft Excel to track average shipping days for each shipping destination. The company saved money by having an employee keep track of shipping instead of hiring a Data Management Services.

Data Analyst: Combined over 600,000+ records from over 51 system applications to be cleaned, formatted and filtered using Microsoft Word’s Edit and Replace [wild card feature], Microsoft Excel’s advance formulas and filtering feature; Microsoft Access SQL for creating Access Level Reports three weeks ahead of schedule for the Operations Department which has over 400 personnel.

Data Analyst: Researched and summarized PG&E Monthly Budget Amounts and used SAP to summarize, calculate and export data into Microsoft Access for creating Data Access pages on the intranet. Transposed records from rows to columns using Excel VBA code and SQL for creating budget amount reports by diversity group for the Supplier Diversity End of the Year Reports.**It was very important that the budget was research and balanced, this would allow PG&E to reserve extra funds for future projects and creating new jobs.**

Invoicing Analyst: My team and I reviewed over 35,000 invoices with vast attention to detail, while working at a fast-pace and making sure that all calculations and totals were correct. I was also appointed the assignment of creating Microsoft Excel templates with Advance formulas and a 109 page Microsoft PowerPoint training slide, so that new personnel can have an easier time learning the tasks at their own pace. **By creating the PowerPoint training slides, it allowed new personnel to catch-up on the workflow, ensuring that the invoices were completed before the deadlines, which resulted in the company getting paid on time, if the invoices are not done on time, the company would loose 10% percent of their fee.**

Administrative Clerk: Compared new incoming rebate applications by fax and mail, checking for errors and duplicate information. Processed approved applications data into Microsoft Access. Examined other personnel work making sure all information was processed correctly. Assisted the call center, by tracking down lost rebate forms; helped customers use strategies for processing their applications quickly so they can receive their rebate checks 15 days earlier than expected. Received a Letter of Recognition from the California Energy Commission Deputy Director for exceeding expectations for employees.

Administrative Clerk: Reviewed and keyed in the Oracle database, 1-7 Security tag(s) customers’ information at a time live, while customer(s) were standing over my shoulder. Walked back and forth to parking lot and installed security tag(s) on customers’ vehicles sometimes during bad weather conditions. Created a spreadsheet reporting tool using Microsoft Excel macros to allow the Security Office to renew security tags into groups.**Because we issued over 20,000 security tags in one quarter, it was very important for me to randomize customers’ records into groups and balance the daily workflow, to prevent the backlog size from increasing .**
