Won numerous bids and strongly managed projects of many high rise buildings, (with various occupancies), Institutional occupancies, schools, industrial applications, service jobs etc.

Strong working relationship with many engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, AHJ’S, school districts, building owners. Working with and providing contracting opportunities to Minority, Women and Emerging Small Businesses.

I used my experience as an Inspector with the Portland Fire Bureau to design and competitively bid various electronic systems. Using this knowledge I was able to value engineer many systems which gave way to winning jobs. As project manager I am able to take the scope of any installation project and properly man it, value engineer, process change orders, properly order parts, monitor the installation, process progress billing, and finalize the project with AHJ’S, GC’S and end users.

• My low voltage division grossed $2 - $3 million dollar per year, maintaining a 15% - 20% profit margin
