Handling entire generic HR activities and responsible for preparing monthly salary for all the departments.
Maintaining and updating Leave records (EL, CL, LOP, ML and CO).
Maintaining and updating employee service records.
Keeping daily Attendance record of all divisions including late coming records of the employees.
Maintaining and updating Personal files of all employees.
Arranging the full and final settlement of employees leaving the organizations including circulating NOC, clearing the irregulars in attendance system, calculating their settlement details including current months working days, earned leaves, arrears if any for past months, deductions/recoveries (if any), incorporating the details in the payroll system.
Updating the inputs of the payroll system. These inputs include mainly the required details of new employees, employees who have left, trainees and probationers who have been confirmed, change in department, change in Marital Status, etc to keep the payroll system updated and ease the processing of salary of employees.
Incorporating new joiners’ details in the attendance system, inducting them about intranet system for attendance and leave management of employee, attending the queries about attendance salaries, leave rules, etc.
Responsible for booking train/flight tickets for the staff traveling for office related work.
Monthly payment and all statutory reports, forms and returns of the following
a) ESIC Payment b) Bank Loan payment
c) LIC payment d) LWF (half yearly payment)
e) Provident Fund f) P.Tax payment (if applicable)
Employee Welfare – Administration of employee benefits and welfare schemes such as LTA & medical benefits.
Preparing and issuing loan statement to the employees for loans taken from the company. After that following up with the accounts department regarding their loan.
Responsible for arranging company related parties and hosting them like "Best Employee Award" etc.
Coordinating with the Accounts department towards their requisition for Quarterly provision of Bonus, EL Encashment of all the divisions.
Grivance handling related to payroll.
Responsible for cross checking the corporate mobile bills billed by the service provider and thereafter coordinating with the accounts department for the payment of the same.
Sourcing, screening and posting ads with online resource Database like naukri.com, Monsterindia.com etc.
Handling entire recruitment cycle like arranging interviews & recruiting candidates for the concerned department. Coordinating with the candidates later on to inform them about the status of their interview.
Inducting the candidates about the company attendance system, appraisal systems, facilities available, rules with regards to leaves, holidays, absents, late coming etc.
Interacting with Team Leads in the company vertical wise to understand their needs for better delivery and maintaining good relationships.
Taking care of background verification of newly joined employees.
