Provide confidential counseling in employee relation’s matters

Assess compensation status of all agency positions in order to provide proper feedback on recommended salary bands
o Training and Development
Provide training on sexual harassment and diversity awareness to League employees and participants in agency programs

Provide as needed training and development to select staff

Participate in agency management meetings as appropriate and contribute to development of League policies and problem solving
