PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

JT Sports LLC, Bentonville, AR 10/02 –05/08

Design Engineer, Paintball Consumer Products

As Project Leader & Product Design Engineer at JT Sports, I have had to wear many hats. This position has required me to stretch myself and manage several projects at once. I have been responsible for the oversight of designers, product concept, design, commercialization, testing and release to production. I have had the opportunity to see my designs go to market, be featured in magazines and change the company’s market share for the better.

Also during my time at JT Sports, I was responsible for improving current products. I have been very successful in that effort; saving not only the company’s reputation, but also many hundreds of thousands of dollars in returned product. I have several patents to my credit some of which are currently on the shelves of large retailers. I have had the opportunity to travel to Asia and work with my counterparts in China. I pride myself that I have been able to build an excellent rapport with them, gaining the most from our relationship in the company’s interest.

It has always been my goal to work as a team player, building lasting relationships in the interest of my company.
