OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCES

Field Technician 1, supported analyses of whole core, side wall and related core evaluation services for oil and gas exploration companies.
Pender Engineering (Cottonwood, AZ, March 2007 to November 2007)
Civil Engineering Draftsman, utilizing AutoCAD and Autodesk-authorized adjunct software, and principally involved in the design of roadways and subdivisions. Additionally supported structural engineering design of reinforced concrete drainage structures, retaining walls, and building pads.
Homeyer Consulting Services, Inc. (Tewksbury, MA, December 2005 to February 2007)
West Coast Area Manager of water treatment monitoring functions for corporate accounts. Duties included site process operations, surveys, and drawing lab samples from locations across the country. Interpreted chemical lab analyses, particle distribution studies, and biological culture results. Generated multiple reports, conducted conference calls, and performed other consultation duties.

Service Technician, performed duties similar to that performed by the previous water treatment companies I’ve worked in (please see Chem Pro Laboratory below). Performed service for aerospace and defense plants, municipal utility providers, and national chain retailers.

Service Technician, performed duties similar to that performed by the previous water treatment companies I’ve worked in (please see Chem Pro Laboratory below). Performed service for military installations, municipal utility providers, national chain retailers and school districts.
Chem Pro Laboratory, Inc. (Gardena, CA, Sept. 1999 to Feb. 2005)
Service Supervisor responsible for leading and training service technicians in all aspects of water treatment service accounts. Under my direction, the company realized a ten-fold reduction in the number of “trouble calls”. This was achieved by the design and implementation a training program of high standards in the testing procedures, correct results interpretation, troubleshooting and correcting adverse operating functions, and awareness of how the various systems are affected by the water treatment administered. Provided input to senior management and became a leader in New Construction Water Treatment, where I worked directly with Chem Pro’s Vice President of New Construction managing this division.
Serviced customer sites all over Southern California, ranging in size up to 5000 tons cooling tower capacity, 1400 horsepower combined steam capacity, and up to 14MW cogeneration power capacity. Clients included major medical centers, large casinos and pharmaceutical manufacturers
Other duties include tower cleanings, descaling of heat transfer surfaces (especially condensers and plate-frame heat exchangers), equipment installations, troubleshooting and correcting problems of other installations, and marketing support toward prospective customer sites.
