Project Manager / promoted to a Senior Project Manager/Estimator.

Asses the current company situation and restructure the company; in charge of four other project managers and the house crew of about 30 people; managed multiple projects at once (8-12).

Duties: marketing, client assistance, pre-construction assistance, pre-construction meetings, estimating of new projects, new contract negotiations, daily construction activities, scheduling, quantity take-offs, ordering of the material, subcontractors coordination, project safety and training, quality control, costumer satisfaction and project cost control.

Foreman promoted to Field Supervisor.

- Running multiple trades and field crews performing various residential jobs for State of Illinois CEDA Department, Department of Housing, and Chicago Housing Authority including historical landmark restorations along Washington Blvd.

- Supervising maintenance work at major retail chains.

- In charge of lead abatement contracts for Illinois Department of Public Health.

- Head supervisor for condo remodeling and facility maintenance for company owned high end units in downtown Chicago
