I was responsible for making sure the equipment was clean and working properly.
Responsible for all the medications, tube feedings and nebulizers.

A state run residential facility for autistic residents.
I was responsible for all the mediations and treatment of my assigned residents and
on midnight shift which I worked two nights a week I was responsible for 56 residents.
I was responsible for charting on sixteen residents once a month and on any that were having medical issues.
Assessed residents and determined if they needed to go to the emergency room for care.
Part of the response team that had to help whenever the residents behavior was likely to injure themselves or injure others.

I worked on ward 21 which was a medical oncology ward. I did all the LPNs duties which included
