Performs underwriting duties and loan analysis to place delinquent loans in appropriate workout plan suitable for both borrowers and investors. Responsible for monthly income calculations, investigating and analyzing consumer credit reports, performing complex debt to income ratio analysis, and calculating ability to pay for borrowers through analyzing borrower information, financial worksheets, and tax returns. Conducts forecast analysis and cash flow out look when needed to make decisions based on future information or income.
