As a Warehouse Specialist I was responsible for a broad range of inventory duties to include shipping, receiving, quality control, data entry as well as customer service. During my time at Iron Mountain I was trained on several systems for shipping and data entry. I obtained a forklift license to load and unload trucks. I progressed from entry level duties to advanced warehousing responsibilities. While working I was given the opportunity to visit customer sites to help with organizing and transporting data from site to site. I received extensive training in the field of Health Information Management so I could work off site at a hospital.
