- Identifying minimum performance standards and implementing appropriate treatment process(es)

- Establishing budget and arranging logistics to achieve outcome that exceeds client’s expectations

Experience: Arranged materials and proprietary chemical shipment, local equipment availability, labor, and security for remediation of oil waste pit near Port Harcourt, Nigeria to demonstrate low-cost bio-remediation technology. Personally acted as the site engineer for project construction and start up.

From scratch built small marketing business which at its height had 25 employees serving a variety of clients in the finance and home improvement businesses.

Experience: Provided technical and sales support to a financial services client over a four year period which lead to increasing annual sales from $90milliion the first year to nearly $500milion in year four.

Responsibilities included management of the planning and engineering departments’ personnel, policies and specifications, facility design and construction, environmental compliance, and operations and capital improvements budgets.

Experience: During tenure as Supervising Engineer, 8 years, was responsible for over $40million of capital improvement design and construction.
