Regional Construction Manager: Responsible for creating and managing a district office in Myrtle Beach for a new 700 unit home development. Duties include overall management of the construction process; coordination/collaboration with consultants, bidding, buyout of subcontracts, scheduling, and project management. WELBRO Constructors SC, Inc. - Myrtle Beach, SC 06/99 to 10/03

Interim VP of Operations: (03/03-10/03) Myrtle Beach office closed after completion of all projects.

• Managed day to day business operations for district office

• Assumed responsibility for (2) on-going projects through completion after personnel were transferred

• Closed operations at District Office in Myrtle Beach.

Sr. Project Manager: Provide overall management, administration and technical direction for large and/or multiple projects.
