Role - Java Developer Domain – Telecom

Description:

The CSB-MultiVu application is the customer management desktop tool for the Bell TV call centers. Due to the growing need to reduce handle time and increase productivity of front-line customer service agents, further enhancements to the MultiVu application are required. Today, MultiVu only officially supports accounts with PRIN 1000 and 4000. This release will accommodate functionality in MultiVu for all Bell TV IPTV customers with PRIN 7000.IPTV order creation and IPTVaccount management.

Environment:

Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, TortoiseSVN, Oracle and Eclipse.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in implementation of client specific functionalities based on the SRS and SDS

documents.

• Involved in writing Action classes & form bean components.

• Involved in the validation part using validator framework.

• Generated HBM files and POJO classes based on database schema.

• Tested the application in the area of functionality which I implemented.

2. ePMS

Role - Java Developer Domain – Healthcare

Description:

Project mainly deals with the automation of the flow of the prescription process from order of the prescription to the receiving of the prescription items through the shipping company. This project is divided into two parts, one is dispensing modules and the other is a administrative module. This project will offer several benefits like maintenance of the prescribers’ (doctors) information along with their practice sites, employers’ information, patient information along with their different disease and allergic states and prescription filling information.

• Developing Java Server Pages using and JSTL tags for manipulating user interface as part of view.
