In the four years Jeff was employed at the Norman Transcript I found him to be an excellent leader, loyal employee and dedicated professional. As production manager Jeff was given the task of rebuilding the distribution dept. A department which was in horrible shape and within 6 months had turned it into a highly organized, efficient production department, others had failed what Jeff accomplished in a short time and as a result he was the only one on the leadership team given a meritorious raise. Jeff was well liked by his constituents and would be a valuable asset to any management team.
