- Perform follow-up services, such as fixing broken frames, replacing temples, screws and adjusting and refining glasses.
- Determining clients current lens prescription, when necessary, using lens meter and clients eyeglasses.
- Fitting contacts lenses and gave advise on care and use.
- Fabricated lenses to prescription specifications.
- Ground lens edges and applied coating to lenses.
- Liaised with sales representatives from vision care products , supplies.
- Selected, managed and ordered a rang of optical products, including eyewear.
- Scheduling appointments and other front desk duties.
- Responsible for all medical billing and insurance claims.
