• I was directly involved in the opening of new locations in Atlanta and Phoenix as well as responsible for their success in sales, profits and operations.

• Hollander Glass has 3 locations in the US located in Brooklyn, NY, Chicago, IL and Houston, TX. The Houston, TX location is the most profitable location. I was responsible for business development and profitability of all locations.

• I was responsible for all aspects of purchasing, inventory control, pricing evaluations, inventory budgets, logistics, vendor relations, vendor inspections and vendor quality control.

• I traveled extensively throughout the world to ensure that Hollander Glass received the best product available at the best available price. I analyzed factories for the strength of business relations between the two companies, including payment terms, quality control, pricing and the legitimacy of the business. I have traveled to China, South Africa, Brazil, Europe, Canada and domestically searching for the “BEST’.

• I had 5 inside sales people in Houston, 3 in Atlanta and 2 in Phoenix. I used outside sales representatives for the Brooklyn and Chicago markets.
