Ø Working as a Chef de Cuisine with Silver Beach Entertainment and Hospitality Mumbai from February 2012 till date. Opening a new Asian restaurant Nom Nom at Versova- Juhu Link road and also looking after a cafe called Silver Beach Cafe at Juhu.
Ø Worked as a Demi Chef De Partie at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.Have worked in Sanqi Restaurant (sushi-shashimi,robotayaki,teppanyaki,hot and cold section, and Thai kitchen) from 29th October 2007 till 20th January 2011.
Ø Have done 3 months cross training at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok in Japanese and Thai kitchen from 16th July 2007 till 28th October 2007.
Ø Worked as a Commis Chef at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai from 2nd August 2004 in Banquets (Cold kitchen,Indian and western Hot) and Comissary kitchen till 9th June 2007.
Ø Have done 3 months industrial training at JW Marriott Hotel in the Banquet Dept. (Continental hot).
