HISNA Glovis Interface

Glovis is a logistic and automotive company affiliated to Hyundai/ Kia Motors Group and is in charge of Hyundai/ Kia’s automotive parts supply chain management (SCM), in addition to providing the traditional logistic services such as transportation, storage, loading & unloading, packing and processing for distribution. Glovis invoices KMA on a regular basis. For this Glovis acquires the necessary information from the KMA database, creates the invoice and sends them back to KMA for payments. These invoices need to be validated and approved by KMA before making payments back to Glovis. This project aims to automate the Glovis invoice verification process by proving interactive screens and customized functionalities to the KMA users based on an AS/400 application, which would require minimum inputs from the users to perform the otherwise manual task.

HISNA –WEBDCS Interface

The existing DCS (Dealer Communication System) of the client was available in AS/400 environment. The reason for WEBDCS project is to enhance this DCS system to available for WEB based environment also. The scope of the project was to convert the entire existing PARTS interactive screen RPG/RPGLE Programs into Interactive Batch (IB) RPGLE Programs. (i.e.) Instead of Screen I/O (Display file), the IB programs should use Interactive Files (IF).

After end of this project, DCS system will be available to both AS/400 and WEB based environments.
