Manufacturing Engineer (Full-time)

• Working on the Modification of Boeing757-200 Passenger to Freighter Conversion program for 14 Pallet and Combi configurations.

• Proposing engineering solutions to problems and non-conformances arising during aircraft modification projects.

• Planning and developing estimations for initial project equipment and project costs.

• Determining required design data, bill of materials, blue prints and manufacturing specifications for cost estimations and technical bids.

• Coordinating between suppliers, clients, production and engineering to resolve issues that crop up during manufacturing and installation of aircraft parts.

• Reviewing Boeing documents for special processes like heat treatment, finishing and special assemblies.

• Working on Production planning and Inventory control systems used to manage the manufacturing processes for the in-house fabrication.

• Streamlining and optimizing drawings of aircraft structures for serial production.

• Planning requirement of manpower, equipment needed for the in-house fabrication and facility availability during the 757 Passenger to Freighter conversion program.

• Developing 100 Day conversion flow plan so as to meet the customer requirement in delivering the aircraft.

Engineering Intern

• Working on lean projects for installation of door surround structure, provisional parts and pre assembly of window plugs and ceiling panels.

• Researching and identifying differences between various configurations of Freighter airplane structures.
