Overview:

STS provides rental equipment for oil and gas companies during the completion phase of wells. Our tasks varied from job to job but mainly focused on delivery and oversight of equipment operations along with pressure control. The position I was in required a high level of self-discipline. Expensive equipment, working long distances from relief or assistance in dangerous working conditions to include high pressure wells and extreme weather.

Key responsibilities field work:

• Deliver, rig up, maintain and provide pressure control for completion wells.

• Assist wire line companies with tools, rig up and any other tasked requested.

• Operate heavy equipment on location such as forklifts, man lifts, cranes etc.

• Keep detailed logs, reports and finalize billing information with customers.

Key responsibilities in house work:

• Equipment maintenance ranging from vehicles to field equipment which included BOP’s, grease heads, tool traps, various valves, head catchers etc.

• 24 hour on call schedule to dispatch and receive equipment.
