Responsibilities include supervising a staff of sub contractors including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers and general trade mechanics. Responsible for scheduling work, assigning all work requests and preventative maintenance duties on all commercial and residential projects and properties throughout Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties. Prepare annual maintenance budget for each property. Recommend all building renovations, upgrades and repairs.
