Collaborate with Human Resources to discipline and coach associates according to policy, perform candidate interviews and manage the new hire process. Ensure that work-orders from site are completed accurately and timely. Prepares for and attends required customer and Viox meetings including bi-monthly site visits, regular staff meetings and steering team meetings. Responsible for overall Site Services, EH&S, and Security Services. Responsible for developing the maintenance budget and managing capital improvement projects.
