Responsible for daily monitoring and adjusting client schedules for best results. Negotiate campaigns on national cable networks as well as spot markets based on cost per lead, cost per sale, or cost per thousand, goals. Was able to negotiate over 500 bonus spots in 2007. Research the client and it’s target to better understand how and when to reach them. Maintain daily contact with station representatives to remain informed of any clearance, rate issues, or opportunities. Collaborate with planning team to develop the campaign, track progress, and assess the success. Evaluate the efficiency of the campaign schedule daily, keeping to budget and goals. Direct buyers to insure that the goals are being met for the client accounts that I supervise. Utilize the Google platform when buying radio and cable on a CPM basis. Managed my teams’ invoice payment and using processes that I implemented, was able to reduce turnover from over 120 days to under 60.
