As plant manager, I turned our three percent net loss into a six percent profit over sales by reducing our costs of goods and increasing productivity through team motivation.
As plant manager we reduced in house scrap from seven percent to three percent, improving our on time deliveries to ninety five percent.
We reduced our OSHA Recordable injuries to three per year, and had no lost time accidents helped in part by our aggressive safety program.
