• Modify Web Pages in ASP, ADO.NET, Java script and VB script. I made modifications to the asp page to get subdivision plat files and display the result on the plat files to the web page.
• The back end data is in oracle database the web page I worked on gathered its data from oracle.
• Working with John Henry’s Web Team on the Maintenance/Rewrite of a FoxPro program for subdivisions application.
• Enhance subdivision program and fix a file open limitation of the external viewer program they were using to view graphic files.

3/2007 to 1/2009 ACCESS HOLDING INSURANCE Senior Application Programmer/Analyst
• Maintained a FoxPro program Zap map; this program imported raw MVR 2000 Data which is the standard for insurance companies. Added logic to import new fields and also maintained code to improve how the data is formatted. Imported into SQL server.
• Rewrote a legacy FoxPro application in C# .NET. Took a program that maintained a security table for an application that produces a letter informing customers of missing information needed to complete their insurance information.
• Wrote Program in visual basic 6 to take raw data in the insurance standard format and parse out data that pertained to the person requiring insurance and there car and type of insurance required. My program took all data pertained to an insurance policy and imported data into SQL server and process business rules required by the state at which the policy was written in.
• Wrote a SQL 2000/2005 server program to insure that data being imported was not and could not allow duplication. As well as modifying a trigger and existing stored procedure to improve the performance of SQL.
• Used Visual Source safe to protect program code from being lost and have version control access in case we need to rollback to a prior version of the software.
• Imported a VFP claims App into VFP 9 from VFP 8. I added new code and functions to enhance the application.
