SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: Product and process development through design for manufacturing reviews and
production readiness requirements of AS9100 & ISO 9000 quality standards. Processes including. 2, 3, 4 & 5 axis

part/process development, facility/cell start up’s & transfers, process improvements, general growth and reduction
projects.

groups including tool room, shop floor staff and outside vendors.
MECHANICAL & TOOL DESIGN: All types of Manufacturing Fixtures & Inspection Gages, OEM Metal & Plastic
Components, Sheet Metal Electronic Packaging and Special Machines
CADD: Proficient with Solid Works and various other platforms. Proficient at generating parametric solid models and
assemblies, creating complex 3-D surfacing.
CNC PROGRAMMING: 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis mills, lathes and grinders using Master Cam, Edge Cam, BobCad, various
machine controllers, pencil and paper.
CNC SETUP & OPERATIONS: Hands on experience with Okuma, Mazak, Fadal, Haas, Bridgeport, Hardinge, lathes
and mills.
