To Provide professional translation/interpretation support to the Team Leader and SSMI consultants and advisors providing support to Ministry of Interior in Afghanistan.
Collecting reports from IARCSC and Appointments board regarding Ministry of Interior and Develop MS Excel spreadsheet database for recording data.
Monitor on timely basis from the report to insure progressive increase in appointments.
Interpret during seminars, workshops and meetings from national language to English and vice versa.
Ensure all required preparations are made two days before any workshop and prepare certificates for the required course.
Supporting the team leader and other Consultants in the overall management of the project.
Any other duties as required by the Team Leader.

To Provide professional translation/interpretation support to the Team Leader and PAI/ASI consultants advising on the implementation of the pay and grading policy.
Develop an Access database for recording job descriptions and produce reports accordingly.
Helped international TA in developing 300 generic job descriptions for the entire civil service.
Responsible for collecting, compiling and producing monthly statistical reports on P&G posts, appointments and salaries approved.
Developed excel based document for recording the ministry tashkeels for migration to HRMIS.
Supporting the team leader and other Consultants in the overall management of the project
Maintaining an overview of the developments with the project’s filed of operation, including developments within the IARCSC and within other organizations with which the IARCSC deals
Drawing on this overview, keeping the Team Leader informed of developments in the Afghan civil service and providing briefing to the Teal Leader, Consultants, counterparts and other interested parties as necessary.
Representing the project in meetings with other parties; including any liaison arrangements established with IARCSC and other projects.
Translate documents, including but not limited to Technical Manuals, Training Manuals, Correspondences, Organization Structures, Monthly & Quarterly Reports and Plans, from English to Dari and vice versa, and to check translated materials related to project activities
Attend meetings, seminars, workshops and trainings, and interpret from English to Dari and vice versa
Assist the Project Administrator as required all aspects of the project office operations in Kabul.
Facilitated in the delivery of strategic planning, organization design, e-government, etc.
