SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION

As Certified Fiber Optics Technician (CFOT) by Fiber Optics Association (FOA): Prepare, terminate, splice and test fiber optics cable using various connectors for both single and multimode applications.

As Certified Electronic Systems Technician by National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER): Perform twisted pair and coaxial cable selection and termination , wireless communications, rack systems ,conduits, grounding, fire alarms, intrusion detection and audio systems installation.

February 2005-April 2005: Soldering technician for M & S SYSTEMS INC. Responsible for Removing, installing, and soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards.

August 2004-February 2005: Soldering technician for CD CONNECT INC. Responsible for removing and installing electronic components on printed circuit boards. Prepare printed circuit boards for modification by adding wire links and maintaining a specific turn around time from start to finish of soldering repair.

December 2001- January 2004: Technician for Radio Ethiopia’s studio equipment installation and maintenance team. Responsible for installing and maintaining studio equipments.

April 1997-December2001: Junior technician for Radio Ethiopia’s studio operation team. Responsible for broadcasting clear and non-interruptive radio programs to the audience.
