Virtual World Event – Visual Director, Modeler

Design and develop an event using Second Life as a platform. Developed visual design and concepts

for the event, as well as completed modeling of props and building sections in a combination of Maya and

in-world build tools.

Virtual World Design Proposal, “A.C.E.” – Designer

Build an idea for a game or virtual world, including visual and interface aspects. I developed a

proposal for a virtual world environment geared towards animators. Concept work, and game dynamics,

were created and pitched to peers and faculty. It was proposed as a “Collaborative animation system

based in virtual clay.” Allowing for free form modeling (i.e. Mudbox and zBrush), users would be able to

build and interoperate the world around them as well as their avatars and items.

Mobile App Design, “Find it Fresh” – Designer

Research and develop an application to better fit the needs of farmers’ market patrons who are

technology savvy and enjoy fresh local produce. A platform was proposed to allow communication of

location and products of farmers’ market vendors. Designed around the air of the ever growing green

movement, and support for local growers, “Find it Fresh” was proposed as a grocery application for the

modern market shopper. Being able to create a list, have it automatically link to vendors, new or favorite,

and list days, times, and locations of up and coming markets that they will be attending as well as

expected produce, all in one application.
