Projects undertaken ( Graduate Level ):
• As a part of my graduate curriculum, I was involved in HVAC design of mid-sized restaurant and recommendation of suitable HVAC unit. It involved Heating and Cooling load calculation using CLTD, duct sizing, preparing schematic layout, verifying the size of the unit based on load calculations, comparing manual load calculations with the software results.
• Represented City College of New York, for the Solar Decathlon competition with the Solar House. I was part of HVAC team for design and commissioning of Phase Change Material (PCM) Tank for the energy storage. Involved in Cooling tower, air distribution system sizing, selection of fan-coil, analysis of psychometric process, HVAC load calculations, co-ordination with controls team for HVAC schematic generation, sizing & selection of solar thermal collectors, energy analysis of the Solar House.

• Supervision of operation of diesel generator plant including: DM water plant, waste oil recovery plant, waste heat recovery unit, cooling towers & pump house and engine auxiliaries lube oil purifiers, plate heat exchangers for lube oil & CT water.
• Preparing maintenance schedule according to running hours for various parts of different engines.

• Commissioning 8 MW Sulzer engine & associated auxiliary equipments such as; Erection & commissioning of lube oil circuit, jacket water circuit, furnace oil supply line to engine.
