Dec 2007 to till date : Working in the capacity of Asst manager (Paper process) at ITC PSPD Unit (Bhadrachalam)

Erection and commissioning of paper machine no 6 (supplied by Metso -Finland operating at 830mpm with design speed of 1000mpm)

Responsible for Paper machine operation for different qualities of paper like copier, Coating base, Map litho, Worked on ERP

Taken up and completed various projects for reduction of KPIs like steam, water consumption, condensate recovery. Reductions in quality repulp.

Performance monitoring, TPM activities, Process capability analysis .

Jan 2004 to Nov.2007 : Working in the capacity as Asst manager (Paper process) at Ballarpur Paper Industries LTD

Responsible for Paper machine operation for different qualities of paper like Cream Wove, Coating base, Map litho, Ledger, Color printing, white poster, and TD poster.

Worked on ERP OPTIVISION, a database from Honeywell systems.

Undergone various projects for TQM activities.

June’ 1995 to Jan. 2004 : Working in the capacity as Shift In charge (Process) at West Coast paper Mills Ltd.

Responsible for stock preparation & Paper machine operation for different qualities of paper like Cream Wove, Coating base, Ledger, Color poster, white poster.

Woked on project for reduction in Power consumption

PROJECTS AND SEMINAR DETAILS:

Recaustisizing in chemical recovery of Kraft pulping

Reduction in power consumption of stock preparation of duplex bord plant.

Reduction in specific steam consumption for paper.

To evaluate running efficiency of centricleaners and its comparison with designed conditions.

To reduce power consumption and running load of vacuum pumps at Paper Machine.

To minimize no. of breaks on MG machines.

To reduce GSM variation on paper machine.

TRAINING COMPLETED:

Two months training at APPM (RAJAHMUNDRY) during B.A.Sc course.

Two weeks Industrial training WCPM Ltd (DANDELI) during B.A.Sc course.

Training for TPM to carry out FI projects

Degree in pulp And paper science technology from Karnataka university Dharwad

MBA in operations management from IGNOU
