Human Resources Representative II, Great Lakes District Office (2004 – Present)

Responsible for HR Generalist services for 20 different partners in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana

• Led Standard Work Project. Gathered research data using 6 Sigma methodology from 8 different HR Consultants located throughout the US to document current state of HR Consulting Processes on HR Consulting Governance team to determine Standard Work.
