Site Leader
Started as an assistant to the site leader working on various reports and overflow work that the site leader delegated to me. In January of 2007 I was promoted to Site Manager. I was in charge of all day to day operations including inspections, inspection paperwork, reporting on time sensitive reports that went to the plant manager as well as the quality manager and quality engineers. I was also in charge of all payroll, hiring, firing and training. We were a third party quality inspection company that worked at the Bosch Rexroth plant in Fountain Inn, SC
Inprax took over the contract as the third party quality company at Bosch Rexroth. I trained my replacement as site manager, and then was hired to be his site leader the day he was fully trained. I was in charge of reporting all quality issues via excel spreadsheet reports that our inspectors found to the site manager, as well as quality manager and quality engineers at Bosch. Payroll, scheduling and marketing were also my duties as site leader. Basically everything I did for J&J Services I did for Inprax, I just reported to the site manager while doing it.
Due to the economy, Bosch Rexroth let our contract go, and we were all laid off.
6/2003-4/2005 Raffertys Restaurant and Bar

Started as a server and quickly cross trained as an expo on both salads and hot food. In February was promoted
to Director of Training My responsibilities include orientation, training schedules for new hires, and
overall continued training of entire front of house staff. In July of 2004 I was promoted to Service Manager.
My duties include the overall day to day operation of the front of the house, as well as back of the house
when needed. From Line checks at 10:30am to insure that all food going out that day is up to par, to table
checks with every single guest that come into the restaurant, to counting the drawers at the end of lunch and
dinner shift, making deposits, and either opening or closing the restaurant.

that we stayed within our limits in order to make money.

Oversaw all aspects of F&G Life Insurance policies. This includes answering incoming phone calls from agents
