At my current place of Employment:

I have served on the Health & Safety Committee & Infection Control Committee.

I have over 60 hours of in-service covering from fire & safety to resident rights & abuse.

I have completed the dining room assistant program.

I have won awards throughout the years from my Administrator and Department Heads for 110% commitments & Heart of Gold to name a few.

I attended classes at the Alliance Training Center and finished programs MEPAPP1 & MEPAPP2. I received my certificates to become an Activity Director with excellent grades. I had 180 hours in classroom and 180 hours practicum in each class.

I have maintained a professional notebook with all of these documents if you need to see them.

I also spent 10 years in Housekeeping at my facility detail cleaning, documenting and running floor machinery. I also held additional part-time positions; cleaning banks and businesses, and Home Health Care. I love to clean, it is my hobby!

I have a great personality and always get along great with others. I am a hard worker; reliable, detail and goal oriented, well organized, creative, and ambitious.
