Qualifications
I have worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years as well as in the automotive supply industry Tier 1. I endeavor to implement novel processes that benefit the company and the work force. Included therein are; cost saving measures, innovative production applications, introduction of new product lines, compliance with international standards and certification processes, implementation of environmental regulations, building a customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, team building, and providing a safe and motivational work environment for my employees and staff.
I am a proven team leader and know how to manage a diverse work force. I have supervised over 200 employees in innovative assembly processes that resulted in increased efficiency, zero down time, and substantial cost savings.
I have over 10 years of international company plant management experience that includes all aspects of plant operations from personal management, cost analysis, environmental regulatory compliances, to product development, and quality control. I sustained and implemented an internationally certified quality management system for the assembly and process optimization of tooling/components utilized in assembly processes (ISO 9001:2008), ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification and coordinated ISIR processes to SOP. I am familiar with lean concept implementation. I understand what it is to produce quality, environmentally responsible, mechanical and plastic precision products. I am no stranger to hard work and to putting in the time and effort needed to get the job done right. As the founder and managing director of my own automotive supply company, I specialized in the manufacture of superior quality products for local and export markets for several major automotive companies. I was proud to lead a company that operated with a 100% on-time delivery and zero defect standards.

Bonding Mode of East London, South Africa (2006 – 2011)
Owner and Founding Director
Managed the production and supply of cam belts, housing, and covers for VW LT3. Maintained on-time delivery protocol as well as zero defect standards in manufactured parts. Bonding Mode was rated the third best supplier for the VW South African plant and their subsidiaries.
Successfully implemented International Certification Network ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949 certificates; awarded by DQS GmbH, Germany and SABS, South Africa.
Implemented the expansion of the product line and expanded the customer base.
Acquired and operated state of the art injection molding equipment that resulted in the successful production of precision molded plastic components for VW world wide.
Bonding Mode was rated by VW as one of their top three suppliers of quality automotive parts.

Responsible for: localization of CKD parts, supplier development and supplier audits for external production, maintaining quality of external parts, investigation of external problem parts and problem solving, and introduction of VDA 6 both in-house and externally.
