Dec09 – Present Quality Inspector for Barfield Instruments Corp. - ensure that all work performed on the customer aircraft is accomplished in accordance with the Corporate Directive, Assigned Company Work Order, the Air Carriers or Operator‘s Procedures Manual, Manufacturer‘s Technical Manuals, and Current Requirements listed in the Federal Airworthiness Requirements. Perform Audits and training according to company procedures and ISO9000.
Jan09 – Oct 09 Director of Safety (consultant) for start-up B-747 Airline. Writing ATOS manuals for FAA submission for 121 certification. Writing company safety policies and procedures and quality department policies and procedures. Responsible for EH&S duties, OSHA enforcement and filings, Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause Analysis, Training and acquisition of Personal Protection Equipment, Work with the Director of Quality for Audits and departmental interfaces. Chair safety meetings and provided bi weekly and Bi-annual Safety Reports.
Mar05 – Dec08: Flight Maintenance Engineer/ Quality Inspector for Kalitta Air.

Began as Mechanic/avionics. Moved to full-time, and later became General Manager. Responsible for both main base and 22 Outstations across the United States. Began as Line Mechanic and Avionics technician for the US Postal Service Contract. Moved to Supervisor and later to Manager of Line Maintenance. Worked in Inspection Department & Maintenance Control and transferred Belgium as Director of European Maintenance Operations. Upon return Worked Quality Control before becoming Heavy Maintenance Rep.
