Responsible for providing support to all visitors and SRA personnel entering and exiting the SRA Corporate facility.
Responsible for issuing SRA visitor badges, answering telephone enquiries, resolving and referring all guest & employees issues to the proper department for resolution.
Manage visitor login both electronic and paper based documentation.
Operate personnel computer to compose and edit correspondence and other documentation.
Provides assistance with receiving package deliveries to the SRA facility for distribution.
Serves as a liaison within other SRA departments in the resolution of day-to-day administration and operational activities.
Maintain files and reports on (SIMS) Security Information Management Software.
Plan and execute inter office events using project management concepts and tools in order to maximize productivity and available resources.

Maintain and arrange daily calendar for teleworking employees and conference rooms scheduling and also keeping Bricsnet SRA’s space management system up to date.
Forecast ordering needs based on metrics while staying within the established budget guidelines for office supplies.

Reserve conference rooms for internal and external customers and keep schedule current using conference scheduling software. Monitor schedule and notifications for conflicts, discrepancies and catering requests.
Monitor condition of equipment and maintain supplies required for meetings and conferences.
Act as lead on-site contact for outside clients/groups by showing our space and capabilities and answering any logistical, AV, or catering questions they may have.
Responsible for organizing and requesting various room set-ups, audio visual requirements and any special needs for events.
Coordinate and prepare conference rooms for catering functions. Restore conference room back to original condition after a meeting including clearing tables, cleaning galleys and storing catering orders.
