• Implemented Lean Manufacturing in all production departments to identify and eliminate waste. Conducted multiple workshops to reduce work center change over time with success ranging from 25% to 40% improvements in change over time. Implemented shop floor management systems including production, quality and maintenance personnel to address processes.

• Coordinated the process and product qualifications for new technology for producing copper tubing (Cast and Roll). This included the development of process FMEA and control plans and the subsequent customer qualification processes.
