Reconcile 60 trucks that run for the plant, daily. I verify signatures on each Invoice and verify the Product Loads for each truck. When the driver has a problem with His/Her handheld, I will adjust the inventory or put in the invoice and relay the correction to Accounts Receivable for customer account information, and verification with the Supervisor. I compare the drivers deposit counted from the Cashiers office to the deposits of the driver whether over or short. I apply payroll deductions on all cash and product shortages. This information is kept on a excel spreadsheet. I run a computer program called Routex that interlinks with all programs through out the plant and handhelds. I work with all Supervisors and Sales personnel, Managers and Directors, on verifying all information given to me by the drivers. I process an excel spreadsheet for all deposits received and verified to balance to general ledger to forward to Director of Accounting.

Receptionists – Pepsi-Cola Minges Bottling Group

I fill in for the receptionists during the lunch hour every other day and when the lines are too full, calls will roll over to my desk. I facilitate orders for customers, or forward calls to the Pre Salesmen for orders or complaints or service calls. I also use Routex for drink orders in the lobby for customers who drop by the plant and sales to the employees
