RESEARCH INTEREST/EXPERIENCE :
I am engaged in both theoretical and experimental investigations of High Dielectric Constant Materials, basically ceramic oxides like Barium Titanate, polymer composites with ceramic materials, Giant dielectric constant materials, and Graphene and carbon base supercapacitors
• During the course of work carried out the Synthesis, Characterization and Dielectric Properties of high dielectric nano Barium Titanate.
• Studied the effect of Doping of different rare earth elements with nano Barium Titanate.
• Studied the dielectric properties of giant dielectric constant materials like CCTO.
• Studied the dielectric properties and effect of Nano Barium Titanate with different Polymers for capacitor application.
• Application of nano Barium Titanate as Ceramic Capacitors.
• Actively involved in energy storage devices like electrochemical capacitors, Supercapacitors and Capacitors.
• M.Sc. (Applied Physics) Project Work on design and development of Hydrogen gas burner.
