Oversaw the plumbing, structural, floor repair, roof repair, interior renovation, parking lot improvement, overhaul of the boilers and installation of new ammonia cooling compressors and computer networking in order to make sure that everything met the USDA Ready-to-Eat regulations.

• Managed the Co-Pack foods operation. Human resources, plant management, plant maintenance, shipping-receiving, quality assurance, safety, OSHA, HACCP, sales and marketing are all part of my responsibilities.

• Developed their records, procedures, forms and systems. I wrote the GMP, SOP, SSOP programs and all the records associated with them.

• Acted as the HACCP coordinator for the facility and dealt with all audits and USDA matters. I wrote the SOP, SSOP, PRE-OP Procedures, several Quality programs for the company.
