n I have an agreement with Zaken Cooperation of California to buy merchandise and sell them. This is a contract position.

Fairview Oxboro Clinic 9-2008 to 6-2009

n Collect and prepare blood specimen and perform lab procedure used in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.

n Verify record and report lab results on all preformed tests ensure compliance with government regulation, clinical policy and lab procedure. Including the cleanliness of lab equipment and work area.

Executed and analyzed tests including chemistry, that includes liver panel, kidney panel, cardio basic medical panel, complete med panel, immunochemistry, in immune chem. Did thyroid tests like TSH, T3, T4, HGC, have worked with DPC, AU640, in wet chemistry testing .

n Also did quality control on all tests and also did calibration on instruments. Analyzed specimen for CBC, Platelet counts, ESR, and did manual differential on abnormal CBC count.

Aspen Medical Group 06-2001 to 08-2008

n Hematology chemistry, Urinalysis, Micro, Coagulation, did PT AND APTT Phlebotomy

n Special handlings for send outs, sending to different specialty labs throughout the country.

n Did rapid testing for Influenza, pregnancy test, lead testing, A1C, strep test, urine culture.

n Also worked in urgent care clinic doing all above tests in the accurate reliable diligent and focused on timely quality completion of all lab analysis and also work under pressure within high volume environment. I also did quality controls on all above procedure.

n I have skills in pediatrics and geriatrics.
