Graduate Engineer Trainee - Production

Worked with M/s Endurance Technologies Limited which is a tier-1 supplier for OEM;s & certified with TPM & ISO/TS 16949:2009. Recently started working towards to achieve certification of ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 by june-2012. Company engaged for long period to manufacture high pressure die cast , gravity die cast component for engine assembly & front-Rear Suspension assembly for 2-wheeler. Its also have manufacturing facilities of machining, painting, powder coating, fabrication & assembly shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage man power in shift to achieve production targets as per the defined production schedule & maintain Production log book.

• Responsible to daily check and maintain process parameter record.

• Preparation of die loading & unloading plan on weekly basis.

• Calculating OEE for improvement.

• Responsible to resolve the quality issues as concern with quality person.

• Responsible to die unloading report & die issue concern with quality person & tool room.

• Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiencies of equipment

• Maintain the test records of in process like spectro report.

• Supervision of casting component dispatch.

• Work on the project of line balancing to reduce the material movement of material.

• Responsible to maintain records as per the ISO/TS 16949:2009 in pressure die casting shop.

• Responsible to implement EHS in HPDC as guide line given by Management Representative
