Negotiated and signed a master contract with a major air carrier for corporate travel. The company recognized a $550,000 savings in airfare in the first two years of the contract.
Through the competitive bidding process, we signed a new lease agreement for our corporate fleet. This saved the company over $100,000 annually, and helped reduce the use of rental cars by 25% saving an additional $25,000 annually.
Responsible for coordinating construction site logistics schedules for suppliers and VMI trailers.
