Make minor repairs to equipment, pass bent test for certification

• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)-.030 – 035 – 045 hardwire, pass bent test for certification

Perform 1F, 2F and 1G plain carbon steel,

• Fluxcore Metal Arc Welding (FMAW) - .045

Welding all positions, groove welds, identify fluxcore arc welding base metals

• Plasma Arc Cutting - various metal

Set up for plasma arc cutting on plain carbon steel, performed shape cutting operation

on carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel

• Air Carbon Arc-Cutting (ACA)-gouging

• Oxyfuel hand torch-Acetylene, (OXY)-propane

• Track Burner, Fabrication, and Blue print reading

• Metal Core welding

• MIG welded beaters, pipe handles and fans for farming equipment, drilling and grinding
