Duties included keeping the campground clean as well as service buildings and recreation
areas. Had to report and repair busted water pipes and repair faulty electrical connections and
add pool chemicals on a 6 hour interval and record them for state records. On the off season, I
had to repaint the service buildings where needed which included hanging sheet rock, taping and
spackling where needed and winterize outside water outlets in the Fall and turn them back on in
the Spring. One year during my time working here, the owner had ordered 3 one room and 1 two
room cabins which had to be constructed, varnished and complete in a 2 month period which took
3 other co-workers and myself to complete.

Worked with a partner for a property manager at Coldwell Banker Realty in Mystic Islands, NJ
and for a private business owner of 2 properties. Duties included obtaining a list from the property
manager of rental units and vacant houses that needed a "clean sweep" which meant any
painting or sheetrock repair needed, thorough cleaning and repair of kitchens, bathrooms,
carpets, tile and vinyl floors.
